The Puerto Rico Open takes place at the Grand Reserve Country Club in Rio Grande and features a lower ranked field as it is staged on the same weekend as the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

The Puerto Rico Open dates back to 1956 when a local event, but was elevated to PGA Tour status in 2008.

Ryan Brehm is the reigning champion after winning the Puerto Rico Open in 2022 by six shots.
