Riley, a two-time Korn Ferry Tour winner, teamed up with Nick Hardy to win the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, which is played as a pairs competition.
It was a first PGA Tour win for both of them as they finished on 30-under par, two shots clear of Adam Hadwin and Nick Taylor at TPC Louisiana.
American Riley won twice on Korn Ferry Tour in his rookie season on the tour.
The first came in the Panama Championship before he landed the title at the TPC San Antonio Championship later in the same year.
Davis is ranked 69th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
