The so-called Saudi Golf League, a controversial new addition to golf, starts with the first of eight events as the LIV Golf Invitational London kicks things off.

The inaugural LIV Golf tournament takes place at The Centurion Club in London and features 48 players who have committed to the tour.

The inaugural LIV Golf Invitational tournament will be broadcast online by LIV Golf with no live television partners yet in place.
You can watch all of the action from the Centurion Club streamed online at the LIV Golf website. It will also be available watch via the tour’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
In addition, LIV Golf state that the tournament “will also be aired live on a global roster of leading premium and free-to-air broadcasters providing coverage in 138 territories around the world.”
LIV Golf Invitational London Format & Schedule
All 48 compete for a share of the $25 million prize pool in London across three rounds with no cut.
The action each day starts at 2.00pm local time with a shotgun start and all players on the course at the same time.
The 48 players have also been drafted into 12 teams of four and with each of the teams also playing for prize money based on the combined scores.
- Day 1 – Thursday, June 9
- Day 2 – Friday, June 10
- Day 3 – Saturday, June 11
The tournament carries a prize fund of $25,000,000.
