The 2022 Qatar Masters takes place at the Doha Golf Club, Qatar, with Antione Rozner the defending champion after victory in 2021.

Among the previous winners of the Qatar Masters are Adam Scott, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen, Sergio Garcia and Branden Grace.

In 2022, the event takes place on the same weekend as the WGC Match Play and, as a result, has attracted a field lacking in top quality.

The tournament carries a prize fund of $2,000,000 / €1,265,287.
