The event was first held in 2015 as a new event on the PGA Tour and takes place on the same weekend as the 2024 Scottish Open.
For the first time in 2022, the tournament was co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour and that remains the case in 2024.
The ISCO Championship is played at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky and has a new name for 2024 having been previously known as the Barbasol Championship.
The first three editions of the tournament were played at the Grand National course at Jones Golf Trail in Auburn, Alabama.
Vincent Normann is the reigning champion having won the event in 2023.
Other former winners of the event include Scott Piercy, Aaron Baddeley, Grayson Murray, Troy Merritt, Jim Herman, Seamus Power and Trey Mullinax.

The ISCO Championship will be played over four rounds / 72 holes at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky, with a cut after the opening two rounds.
- Day 1 – Thursday, July 11
- Day 2 – Friday, July 12
- Day 3 – Saturday, July 13
- Day 4 – Sunday, July 14
The tournament carries a total prize fund of $3,800,000 USD.
