The event has a rich history having first been played in 1904 and is Canada’s biggest golf tournament.
This year’s RBC Canadian Open is played at Hamilton Golf and Country Club in Ontario, moving from Oakdale Golf & Country Club in Toronto having been staged their for the first time in 2023.
Hamilton Golf and Country Club has previously hosted the Canadian Open in 1919, 1930, 2003, 2006, 2012 and 2019.

Nick Taylor is the defending champion having won the event in 2023 to end a 69-year drought for Canadians in their home open.
