The Cazoo Classic is the last event of the 2022 DP World Tour season and takes place at Hillside Golf Club in Southport, England.
Callum Hill is the reigning champion after winning the tournament in 2021.
The event was first held in 1988 and was part of the European Tour until 2021. It returned to the calendar in 2021.
This is the first time that Hillside has staged the Cazoo Classic, which is also known as the English Open and previously as the Hero Open.
It has previously been staged at Royal Birkdale, The Belfry, Forest of Arden, Hanbury Manor and the London Club.

The Cazoo Classic golf will be played over four rounds / 72 holes at Hillside Golf Club in Southport, England. There is a cut at the 36-hole stage.
- Day 1 – Thursday, July 21
- Day 2 – Friday, July 22
- Day 3 – Saturday, July 23
- Day 4 – Sunday, July 24
The tournament carries a prize fund of €1,750,000.
