Honma TW777 Drivers (3 NEW Models For 2026 Reviewed)

Honma TW777 Drivers

Honma TW777 drivers are the new generation of the Tour World Series launched for 2026 with upgraded versions of the standard and MAX models and a new 360Ti mini driver.

The successor to the TW767 drivers, the TW777 series features two of same three designs with the standard and Max retained in the new release.

There is also now a mini driver option with the launched of the 360Ti, which boasts a smaller clubhead and adds to the modern trends for mini drivers.

The drivers, which are part of a full Tour World Series along with the TW777 irons, fairway woods and rescues, have added more forgiveness and workability to the latest generation of the drivers.

Honma TW777 Driver Specs & Design

The Honma TW777 is the standard driver of the series with this model the successor to the TW767 and designed to offer a balance of forgiveness, accuracy and distance.

Once again featuring a 460cc head, the TW777 is the all-round performer in the range feature Honma’s highest-ever Moment of Inertia (MOI) for maximum forgiveness.

It is built from multi-material construction including a forged SJ221 cup face and Ti811 body with a carbon crown and sole section as well as rear carbon body and carbon ring to stiffen the shell.

The construction has allowed Honma to move weight low and slightly forward of center, giving a mid‑high launch with controlled spin and more ball‑speed retention across the face for aggressive swings.

The forged cup face and higher flexural stiffness from the Titanium‑Carbon sole insert combine to produce high ball speeds while keeping the feel solid rather than overly springy.

With weight more centrally located and adjustable front‑to‑back, the setup can be moved to a lower‑spin, flatter “rocket” mode or into a slightly higher‑launch, higher‑MOI mode depending on your weight configuration.

Honma’s non‑rotating hosel also gives the option of altering loft, lie and face angle in small increments without turning the shaft.

The TW777 is available in 9 degrees and 10.5 degrees loft options with an adjustable hosel providing loft, lie and angle adjustability.

Honma TW777 MAX Driver Specs & Design

The MAX was a new model in the TW767 series and is has been retained in the TW777’s too as a more forgiving and game-improving option than the standard model.

With a larger, more confidence‑inspiring footprint at address, the MAX is aimed at mid to higher‑handicap players who need more forgiveness and the ability to find more fairways.

The TW777 MAX keeps the multi-material construction with a mix of titanium body, carbon crown and stiffened body as well as forged SJ221 cup face, but has some design tweaks from the standard model.

Honma TW777 Max Driver

In this version, Honma have pushed mass further back and out to the perimeter using a dual‑weight layout engineered specifically to raise MOI and increase stability.

Where the standard model’s weighting is more neutral, the MAX turns those weights into a benefit by helping eliminate the distance-sapping fade or slice.

Compared to the TW767, the latest MAX version has less ball‑speed loss and less face‑twist on heel and toe strikes to maintain carry and overall distances.

The twin‑weight system can be flipped heel‑to‑toe to emphasize draw or fade bias, while the MAX is tuned for a higher launch and a straight flight rather than shot‑shaping.

The TW777 MAX is available in 9 degrees, 10.5 degrees and 12 degrees loft options. The non‑rotating hosel allows for up to four degrees of adjustment in loft and lie.

Honma TW777 360Ti Mini Driver Specs & Design

The Honma TW777 360Ti driver is a new addition in the series and is a smaller headed mini driver designed for advanced players and premium performance seekers – although is not yet fully launched.

Like the other models, this version multi-material construction, using both titanium and carbon, and is designed for maximized speed, forgiveness and adjustability.

The big difference with the TW777 360Ti driver is that is had a compact 360cc clubhead and falls under the “mini driver” option.

A thin titanium face with vertical groove tech promote energy transfer and ball velocity. from the mini driver, which offers an alterative to a 3-wood in your bag.

The driver has three adjustable sole weights for complete set up adjustment. Choose to place heavier weights in the toe, heel or rear positions.

Launched as just a 11.5 degrees loft, it has Honma’s Non-Rotating Adjustment System to tweak the trajectory, without rotating the shaft.

Honma TW777 Drivers Review: Are they any good?

Honma broke new ground with the TW767 series and have done so again with the new TW777 range that features upgraded models and a completely new design.

The standard version of the driver remains a great all-round performer with plenty of benefits when it comes to distance, accuracy off the tee and forgiveness.

The second generation of the MAX driver is all about high initial ball speed and low spin and the highest forgiveness of the entire series. It is the go-to option for mid to high handicappers.

The newcomer in the TW777 range is the 360Ti, a stylish mini driver that is Honma’s first foray into that sector. You can opt for the compact club in place of your fairway woods.
