The Italian is in his first year on the DP World Tour and claimed his first victory in what was a co-sanctioned event with the PGA Tour.
Mazzoli finished on 20-under par in the 2026 Corales Puntacana Championship, one clear of Todd Clements and Gordon Sargent in the Dominican Republic.
Mazzoli’s only previous wins came on the Alps Tour when winning the Red Sea Little Venice Open in 2020, the Antognolla Alps Open in 2021 and the Ein Bay Open in 2022.
