The 2023 Australian Open golf takes place from November 30 to December 3. Watch a 2023 Australian Open golf live stream of all the action from the DP World Tour event.

The Australian Open is the latest event of the new 2023/24 DP World Tour season and is staged at The Australian Golf Club and The Lakes Golf Club in Sydney, Australia.

The tournament moves to Sydney for 2023 and will be run as a dual event along with the Women’s Australian Open.

The Lakes Golf Club stages action on the opening two days, while The Australian Golf Club sees play across all four days.

The tournament dates back to 1904 and has been part of the ANZ Tour since 1973. In 2022, the tournament was part of the DP World Tour for the first time.

Adrian Meronk is the reigning champion after winning the last edition in 2022.

Australian Open Format & Schedule

The Australian Open will be played over four rounds / 72 holes at The Australian Golf Club and The Lakes Golf Club in Sydney, Australia.

A field of 156 players will play a round at each of the courses on the opening two days. The top 60 will make the cut and play weekend rounds at The Australian Golf Club.

  • Day 4 – Sunday, December 3

The tournament carries a prize fund of $1,700,000 AUD.
