The Singapore Classic debuted as part of the 2023 DP World Tour season with the inaugural edition of the new tournament staged at Laguna National Golf & Country Club.

It was the first time the European Tour had visited Singapore since 2014 following a nine-year absence.

It was added to the calendar to follow the Middle East swing in the UAE, and remains part of the 2024 DP World Tour schedule and the first event of the Asian Swing section of the season.

Ockie Strydom was the inaugural winner of the Singapore Classic, beating Sami Valimaki by a shot in 2023.

Singapore Classic Format & Schedule

The Singapore Classic will be played over four rounds / 72 holes at the Laguna National Golf & Country Club in Singapore.

• Day 1 – Thursday, March 21
• Day 2 – Friday, March 22
• Day 3 – Saturday, March 23
• Day 4 – Sunday, March 24

The tournament carries a prize fund of $2,000,000.
