The 2025 Mexico Open features a total prize money fund of $7.0 million for the PGA Tour event in Mexico.
The latest tournament of the 2025 PGA Tour season takes place from February 20-23 for the fourth edition since it was elevated to the tour.
The Mexico Open was first held in 1944 and was part of the Tour de las Americas, European Challenge Tour, Korn Ferry Tour before becoming part of the PGA Tour Latinoamerica in 2013.
It joined the PGA Tour in 2022 and takes place at Vidanta Vallarta in Mexico.
The prize purse for the 2025 edition of the tournament is $7.0 million, down from the $8.1 million prize pool when Jake Knapp won the title in 2024.
This year’s winner will receive $1,260,000.
