Alex Fitzpatrick claimed his maiden DP World Tour victory in the Hero Indian Open in March 2026 and is now a PGA Tour champion after victory in the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in April 2026. A look at Alex Fitzpatrick: What’s In The Bag.
A week after older brother Matt Fitzpatrick won on the PGA Tour in the Valspar Championship, Alex secured his first DP World Tour victory with success in the 2026 Hero Indian Open.
And once again a week after Matt won the RCB Heritage, the brothers teamed up to win the 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans team event. It is a victory that secures Alex his PGA Tour card for two years.
Prior to earning his spot on the DP World Tour, Fitzpatrick claimed his only other professional win in the British Challenge in 2023 on the Challenge Tour.
As an amateur, Fitzpatrick represented Great Britain & Irelands in the Walker Cup in 2019 and 2021 and the International Team in the Arnold Palmer Cup in 2020 and 2021.
