Matt Fitzpatrick claimed his fourth win of the year when lifting the title at the Open de France in September 2026. A look at Matt Fitzpatrick: What’s In The Bag.
Fitzpatrick enjoyed a hot start to the year, winning three times before the end of the April courtesy of three early season victories.
He won in the 2026 Valspar Championship and 2026 RBC Heritage before teaming up with brother Alex to win the 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Fitzpatrick returned to the winners’ circle in September with a dominant three-shot victory in the 2026 Open de France at Le Golf National.
Fitzpatrick now has 15 career victories in total, four of them on the PGA Tour including the US Open in June 2022 and his three 2026 victories, plus a further 10 on the DP World Tour.
He won the 2015 British Masters, 2016 Nordea Masters, 2016, 2020 and 2025 DP World Tour Championship, 2017 and 2018 Omega European Masters, 2021 Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters, 2023 Dunhill Links Championship and 2026 Open de France.
Fitzpatrick has been part of the victorious European Team at the 2023 and 2025 Ryder Cup and on the losing side in 2016 and 2021.
