The 2026 US Women’s Open golf features a total prize money fund of $12 million for the second of the year’s women’s majors.
The US Women’s Open is the second of five majors and is being staged at Riviera Country Club in California for the first time.
The US Women’s Open is the oldest of the five majors having first been played in 1946 and officially recognised by the LPGA in 1950.
The tournament has reached prize money of $12 million, the same as in 2025 when Maja Stark was crowned champion at Erin Hills.
