Bailey Tardy: What’s In The Bag
What is in Bailey Tardy's bag?
Bailey Tardy is one of the Mizuno Next Gen players for 2023. A look at Bailey Tardy: What’s In The Bag.
LPGA Tour and Epson Tour player Tardy initially worked with the manufacturer as a summer intern role, but now has an equipment deal with Mizuno.
Tardy was a standout player at the University of Georgia, becoming SEC Freshman of the Year in 2016, winning the 2018 Georgia State Amateur Championship and qualifying for the US Women’s Open in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
She was also a member of the United States’ 2016 Curtis Cup and made her tour debut in 2019 when securing a spot on the Epson Tour.
It wasn’t a great start as she missed 14 straight cuts and suffered wrist and knee injuries and the following year missed out on an LPGA Tour card by one place.
She secured a first Epson Tour win in 2021 with victory in the Copper Rock Classic, but once again missed out on a top-10 finish to secure an LPGA Tour card.
The same happened again in 2022 as she once again missed an automatic LPGA Tour card by one spot before eventually sealing a place on the tour via Q-Series.
