Celine Boutier made it four wins for the year when landing victory in the LPGA Maybank Championship in October 2023. A look at Celine Boutier: What’s In The Bag.

Boutier finished on 21-under par at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, finishing level with Atthaya Thitikul before winning a play-off at the ninth extra hole of the Maybank Championship.

The Frenchwoman had previously won the LPGA Drive On Championship in March, Evian Championship in July and the Women’s Scottish Open in August during a memorable run of form.

The win in Malaysia was Boutier’s sixth LPGA Tour victory, which followed three success on the Ladies European Tour.

Boutier won Ladies European Tour titles in the 2017 Sanya Ladies Open, Australian Ladies Classic and 2021 Lacoste Ladies Open de France.

Boutier also triumphed at 2019 ISPS Handa Vic Open and 2021 ShopRite LPGA Classic.

She had a winless 2022 before recording four victories in 2023 including her first major win with her Evian Championship coming on home soil in France at Evian Resort Golf Club.

Boutier’s first wins as a professional came on the Symetra Tour with successes in the 2017 Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Classic and Sioux Falls GreatLIFE Challenge.

Prior to the win in Malaysia, Boutier was ranked fifth in the Rolex Rankings world standings.
