The 2022 event, which is one of five major championships in women’s golf, is being played at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California.

The Chevron Championship was first played in 1983 and has previously been known as the Dinah Shore, the Nabisco Championship, the Kraft Nabisco Championship and ANA Inspiration.

Patty Tavatanakit is the reigning champion after winning the major title in 2021.

Previous champions include Betsy King, Juli Inkster, Helen Alfredsson, Karrie Webb, Annika Sörenstam, Grace Park, Morgan Pressel, Stacy Lewis, Inbee Park and Lexi Thompson.

Chevron Championship Golf Format & Schedule

The Chevron Championship will be played over four rounds / 72 holes at Mission Hills Country Club with a cut after the opening two rounds.

The tournament carries a total prize fund of $5,000,000 USD.
