Cobra 3DP Tour Irons (New 2025 3D Printed Iron Reviewed)

Cobra 3DP Tour Irons Review

Cobra have launched the new 3DP Tour irons for 2025, building on the success of the limited edition 3D printed LIMIT3D irons.

The LIMIT3D irons were a limited edition set of just 500 irons launched in 2024, and they were so well received Cobra come up a full set of 3D printed regular retail lineup irons for 2025.

These 3DP Tour irons utilize advanced 3D printing technology to create a unique and high-performance club design as golf club manufacturing moves to the next level.

The 3DPs are a blade-like model with game-improving technologies included in the design process, making them an option for all golfers up to 15-handicap.

At the start of 2026, two more models were adding to the 3DP range following the launch of the MB and X irons.

Cobra 3DP Tour Irons Specs & Design

The Cobra 3DP Tour irons mark a new moment as the first 3D printed set to be available globally and not on limited edition release.

Building the success of the limited-edition LIMIT3D irons, 3D Printing Technology is used in the 3DP Tour irons, which are fully printed from 316 stainless steel using a Direct Metal Laser Sintering process.

The design of the one-piece forged irons feature a unique dodecahedron internal lattice structure to reduce the club head weight by 33% compared to traditional irons.

That design element allows for weight redistribution including 100 grams of tungsten that is positioned in the heel and toe sections to lower the center of gravity and increase MOI and forgiveness.

The irons are compact in size with a player’s blade-shaped profile combined with game-improvement technology to make them suitable for golfers with handicaps ranging from scratch to 15.

Cobra lead the way when it comes to 3D printing of golf clubs and the 3DP Tour irons takes things to the next level.

Such was the success of the LIMIT3D irons, it was only a matter of time before a mass market model was launched and it is a stunner too.

Cobra 3DP Tour Irons

The 3DP irons deliver excellent distance, a high launch angle and a soft feel in a complete package that appeals to a wide range of golfers through to mid-handicappers.

The forgiveness levels are equally impressive with Cobra describing the MOI of the 3DP irons as higher than the KING family of irons, including the game-improvement focused King Tec X.

The price has been brought down compared to the LIMIT3D, but they are still expensive for a retail set. But if you are intrigued by the prospect of 3D printed irons, we would highly recommend them.
