Mexican Lopez shot a final round of eight-under at Highland Meadows Golf Club to end a two year wait for an LPGA Tour success.
Lopez finished on 18-under for the week to finish one shot clear of American Megan Khang in the Dana Open.
Lopez’s three LPGA Tour wins have come in two year intervals with successes in 2018, 2022 and now 2022.
Having turned professional in 2015, her first win came in 2018 in the Blue Bay LPGA before landing the 2020 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions for her second title.
The win moved Lopez up to 37th in the Women’s World Golf Rankings.
