The device has a solar-powered display that harnesses sunlight to charge the battery continuously during use, and that can be monitored by selecting the Solar option to view a graph showing solar intensity over the past six hours.
The G20 Solar comes preloaded with over 43,000 courses worldwide and provides yardages to the front, middle, and back of greens as well as hazards and doglegs.
The Green View feature also allows golfers to see the shape of the green and add manual pin placements for more adaptability than ever before.
The device boats a High-Contrast Screen with a 2.2-inch sunlight-readable display and large, easy-to-read numbers that makes making club selection a simply process.
The GPS can also be paired with the Garmin Golf app to access additional features like wind speed and direction in non-competition mode.
The G20 is rated IPX7 for water resistance, making it suitable for all weather conditions – including continuing to work should heavy rains fall during your round.
