The 34-year-old finally ended the wait for victory as a one-under par final round saw her finish on 15-under, one shot clear of Yuka Saso.
Ewart Shadoff turned professional in 2010 and got her LPGA Tour card the following year.
Her best result came in 2017 when runner-up to In-Kyung Kim in the AIG Women’s Open. She was also fourth in the 2013 US Women’s Open.
Ewart Shadoff has represented Team Europe three times in the Solheim Cup in 2013, 2017 and 2019.
The LPGA Mediheal Championship win moved Ewart Shadoff up to 62nd in the Rolex Rankings for the World Women’s Golf Standings.
