Landmand Golf Club Sells Out Entire 2024 Tee Times In 2.5 Hours

Landmand Golf Club

Nebraska golf course Landmand sells out their entire 2024 tee times in just over two and a half hours – the stuff many courses can only dream of.

It took just two hours and forty minutes later for all 11,000 tee times for 2024 to be booked after they went on sale on New Year’s Eve.

The booking system opened at 8.00am Central time on December 31 and before 11.00am they were gone.

It staggered staff, who revealed it was several months before tee times sold out in 2023.

“It was an amazing day,” said general manager Adam Fletcher. “For 2023, we sold out in approximately two and a half months; this year it was more like two and a half hours.

“May sold out in 29 minutes, with August not far behind. We had five ‘lone wolves’ that closed out the summer’s tee sheet at 10.40am.”

No membership is available at the Landmand, which is located in Homer, Nebraska, with all tee times booked on a first-come first-served basis.

Course owner Will Andersen added: “I was in Minnesota, so I watched the madness from afar.

“It’s a fantastic testimony to the quality of the course, and the service offered by our team. But even knowing how great the course and the team both are, I was still amazed!

“We know there is hype over a new venue, and that we are becoming a popular destination, but it never occurred to any of us that it would get so crazy.

“We couldn’t be happier and are looking forward to the summer all the more. We understand that not everyone who wanted a tee time was able to book one, so we hope they will be able to snag any future cancellations.”
