About Suzann Pettersen

Suzann Pettersen will stay in her position as European captain for the 2024 Solheim Cup.

That was announced even before she was successful as captain of Team Europe at the 2023 Solheim Cup when her team retained the cup.

Norwegian Pettersen was a stalwart of the European team as a player, featuring in nine Solheim Cups and winning four of them – including sinking the winning putt in the 2019 Solheim Cup at Gleneagles.

In her career she won 21 times, most notably two majors in the 2007 McDonald’s LPGA Championship and 2013 The Evian Championship.
