TaylorMade Qi35 Irons Specs & Design

The Qi35 irons are expected to be a cavity back design that builds on the impressive performance of the Qi irons that were launched in 2025.

A further 12 months of development will have been put into the new 2025 model, which is once again to be aimed at the mid-to-high handicap sector as game improving irons.

The design of the Qi range of irons has been focused on producing a straight ball flight regardless of swing type or standard shot shape.

With no details yet provided for the Qi35 irons – or if they will even be called that name, but can only surmise that they will be improved versions of the previous model.

A combination of Cap Back Design and Speed Pocket technology behind the face is expected to be used to produce high ball speeds and consistent ball striking.

Also set to be part of the new irons is the FLTD CG Technology, which sees center of gravity (CG) strategically positioned lower in long irons for better launch and progressively higher in shorter irons for improved control.

The previous version of the Qi irons were available from 4-iron (23.5 degrees) to Sand Wedge (54 degrees). HL version of the irons were also available as an ultralite model designed for golfers with slower swing speeds.
