The 2024 Wistron Ladies Open debuts on the Ladies European Tour and features a total prize money fund of $1,000,000.
Held four times previously as a Taiwan LPGA event since 2000, the Wistron Ladies Open becomes a co-sanctioned tournament and is part of the 2024 Ladies European Tour schedule.
Taking place is Taiwan or Chinese Taipei, the event forms part of an Asian swing of the season following the Aramco Team Series Shenzhen last weekend.
The 2024 Wistron Ladies Open has a total prize money fund of $1,000,000, a $200,000 increase on the value of 2023 when the event was exclusively a TLPGA tournament.
Vivian Hou won by a shot in 2023 and is the defending champion of the Wistron Ladies Open title.
This year’s winner will earn a first prize of $200,000.
A mixed field of 45 Ladies European Tour players, 45 TLPGA players and 18 invited players will bid for one of the biggest first prizes of the entire season.
The 2024 Wistron Ladies Open take place at Sunrise Golf and Country Club from 10-13 October and is being played over 72 holes.
