Three years after winning his first major at Los Angeles Country Club in 2023, Clark added the 2026 US Open to his CV with a hard-fought success.
The American led from wire-to-wire with a final round three-over enough to edge over the line by a single shot from Sam Burns.
It was Clark’s second win of the year after he took the title at the 2026 CJ Cup Byron Nelson in Texas in May – and he now has five PGA Tour successes to his name.
Clark joined the PGA Tour in 2018, but had to wait to land a first victory in the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow in May 2023.
Little more than a month later, Clark became a major champion after winning the 2023 US Open at Los Angeles Country Club.
In February 2024, he seet a course record 12-under par 60 at Pebble Beach in the third round to snatch a one-shot victory over Ludvig Aberg in the shortened AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.
Clark has been part of the United States’ Ryder Cup team in 2023 and winning Presidents Cup side in 2024.
