The latest generation of the XXIO drivers breaks new ground with the launch of the 14 and 14+ models. How do they differ and what is the plus version all about?
XXIO have revealed the successor to the XXIO 13 driver and have opted for two models in the range for 2026 with the 14+ added to the 14. They are part of full series, launched along with fairway woods, hybrids and irons.
In the 14 driver, key changes from the XXIO 13 to the XXIO 14 driver centred around improvements in weight, technology and adjustability.
The new release still suits moderate swing speed golfers looking for easier acceleration and enhanced ball speed, but is now joined by the 14+ for golfers who exceed 90 mph swing speeds in a broadening of the options available.
XXIO 14 Driver Specs & Design
The XXIO 14 driver was unveiled in November 2025 as the brand’s new mode and the replacements or the 13 model.
Once again, this particular driver is designed for handicap golfers with average or moderate swing speeds who are looking to enhance ball speeds and distance without sacrificing stability and forgiveness.
The lightweight driver has multi-material construction with a VR-Titanium face, a body of Ti-811 Plus and a Ti-811 Plus crown with a sleek black look.
A new addition to the 14 driver is the High Grip Milled Pattern on the face, which now has laser milling in both the toe and heel for improved ball striking – particularly in wet conditions.

The XXIO 14 features new ULTiFLEX clubface technology that optimizes face deflection to increase ball speed at impact, replacing the BiFlex Face and Rebound Frame that was in the 13 model.
XXIO have also upgraded the ActivWing technology with tweaks to the crown and Cannon Sole design for better aerodynamics and more speed through the air.
Another key change is the integration of the lightweight Quick Tune System (QTS), saving around 2 grams of weight compared to the previous model.
The driver is available in 9.5 degrees, 10.5 degrees and 11.5 degrees loft options and is fully adjustable thanks to the new QTS hosel.
XXIO 14+ Driver Specs & Design
The 14+ version of the XXIO driver is a new addition and gives an option for golfers with faster swing speeds to use and who are seeking a draw bias model.
Traditionally, the XXIO drivers were always lightweight and marketing on helping to increase swing speeds, but the 14+ marks a new move to offer two different models for the first time.
The 14+ has design tweaks that make it suited to golfers with slightly faster swing speeds who are seeking more โplayerโ features and profile.

This model still features the same core technologies with the ULTiFLEX face for spring-like ball speeds and refined new ActivWing aerodynamics to generic clubhead speed.
Also on the face of the 14+ is the new laser milling in the toe and heel for much better grip and improved ball striking in wet conditions.
The Cannon Sole design is also used in this version too and the same Quick Tune System (QTS) is used for altering lie, loft and trajectory.
Where it differs in design is via tweaks to the shape of the crown with a more compact look and the offset which has been reduced to help promote a straighter ball flight.
The driver is available in 9.5 degrees and 10.5 degrees loft options and is fully adjustable thank to the new QTS hosel.
XXIO 14 Drivers Review: Are they any good?
XXIO are stepping things up with the release of the 14 range of drivers – because there is a new addition. The standard 14 is joined by a newcomer in the 14+.
Improvements have been made to the core technologies of the 14 with better aerodynamics for more speed, a new face technologies for longer carry and distances and better consistency around the board.
The XXIO 14+ variant is introduced to open the brand up to golfers with faster swing speeds as it delivers a powerful ball flight and stability and long distances off the tee.
It is the most forward thinking release yet from XXIO and big things are expected in 2026.
