The 2025 Ryder Cup line-ups are taking shape with captains Keegan Bradley and Luke Donald closer to knowing who will be in their 12-man teams.

The 45th Ryder Cup heads to New York State and to the Black Course at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale where Team Europe will be the defending champions.

Who will feature in the 2025 Ryder Cup teams? We take a look at the teams currently qualified for the United States and Europe.

United States Ryder Cup Team

The USA Ryder Cup team is made up of six automatic qualifiers and six wildcards chosen by captain Keegan Bradley.

The six automatic qualifiers were locked in after the 2025 BMW Championship on August 17 and Bradley selected his final six members as wildcard picks on August 27.

World number one Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and rookie JJ Spaun were the first three to book their spots, while Russell Henley, Bryson DeChambeau and Harris English claimed the remaining three automatic places.

The wildcard votes went to the Ryder Cup experience of Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns, while rookies Ben Griffin and Cameron Young will make their debuts.

Europe Ryder Cup Team

Six players qualify automatically for the European team with the qualification process concluding with the Betfred British Masters which ended on August 24.

Returning European captain Luke Donald will also have six captains picks for the remaining spots on his team.

Rory McIlroy, Robert MacIntyre, Justin Rose, Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton officially booked their spots, while Rasmus Hojgaard will debut after sealing the final automatic qualifier spot at the British Masters.

In a largely expected move, Donald handed picks to Shane Lowry, Jon Rahm, Sepp Straka, Viktor Hovland, Ludvig Aberg and Matt Fitzpatrick who all featured in the win 24 months ago.

As a result, Europe have named the least changed team in Ryder Cup history with Rasmus replacing brother Nicolai in the only alteration from Italy two years ago.
