Previously know as the Palos Verdes Championship and held at Palos Verdes Estate, the tournament got a new name and new venue in 2023 when moving to Wilshire Country Club.
El Caballero Country Club staged the 2025 edition while Wilshire CC undergoes renovation work, and will do again in 2026.
Hannah Green won the 2023 and 2024 titles at Wilshire Country Club while Ingrid Lindblad is the defending champion after victory in 2025 at El Caballero and one of the contenders for 2026.
Other former winners of the tournament under its previous name were Moriya Jutanugarn, Minjee Lee and Nasa Hataoka.
