Phil Mickelson has sold six of his Mickelson Golf Properties golf courses to Arcis Golf, who have completed the acquisition of the Arizona venues.

Six-time major winner and World Golf Hall of Famer Mickelson and his business partner Steve Loy have decided to sell three private courses and three public courses to the growing Arcis Golf empire.

Arcis have purchased private courses The Stone Canyon Club, The Golf Club at Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club as well as green fee courses McDowell Mountain Golf Club, Ocotillo Golf Club and Palm Valley Golf Club.

The acquiring of the six venues means Arcis now have 15 properties within a short drive time of the greater Phoenix area and some of the best United States golf courses.

“These exceptional additions to our portfolio support our strategy of owning and operating preeminent properties within each of our key hub or expansion markets,” said Blake Walker, Founder, and CEO of Arcis Golf.

“We’re excited to bring our unique approach to delivering extraordinary experiences to members and guests at these great private and daily fee facilities.”

Mickelson added: “We’re thrilled to work with Arcis Golf, and we’re entrusting them to build upon the success we’ve created so far with these properties.

“We were very impressed with the Arcis leadership team and their commitment to their members and guests, and we look forward to continuing our business relationship.”

These new courses add to Arcis’ strong roots in Phoenix with five daily fee golf courses and four private clubs under their ownership.

Course designs include the most notable names in architecture, from Bob Cupp to Arnold Palmer to Perry Dye.
