Ryu has now won in each of the last three LPGA seasons and her win in the inaugural Black Desert Championship saw he do so from wire-to-wire.
The South Korean finished on 26-under par in the 2025 Black Desert Championship, five clear of nearest challenger Esther Henseleit.
Haeran Ryu was already a five-time winner in her native South Korea, before claiming her first LPGA Tour victory in the 2023 Walmart NW Arkansas Championship.
Almost a year after claiming her first win, Ryu shot a final round 64 and then won a play-off with fellow South Korean Jin Young Ko to seal victory in the inaugural FM Championship in 2024.
Ryu was a rookie on the LPGA Tour after earning her place in the 2023 season via the Q School.
Prior to that, Ryu won five times on the LPGA Tour of Korea in the 2019 and 2020 Jeju Samdasoo Masters, the ELCRU-TV Chosun Pro Celebrity and SK Shieldus-SK Telecom Championship in 2021 and the 2022 Nexen Saint Nine Masters.
