Takeda rocketed to prominence with consecutive victories in Japan and international recognition followed shortly after when joining the LPGA Tour.
The Japanese star’s breakthrough 2024 TOTO Japan Classic win saw her secure LPGA status, and she swiftly followed it up with a commanding victory at the 2025 Blue Bay LPGA.
That victory, which came by six strokes after a final round 64, gave Takeda her second LPGA Tour title to go with eight wins on the LPGA Japan Tour by the age of 22.

FujiFilm logos appear on Takeda’s clothing and she has appeared in marketing campaigns for the brand including the company’s instax Print brand.

“I feel a special connection because Fujifilm has a production base in Kikuyo Town, which is next to my hometown in Kumamoto Prefecture.
