Tom Watson and Hale Irwin won at the venue, a course that was originally designed by George Fazio and Tom Fazio in 1974.

The latter participated in redesign efforts in 1988, 2005 and 2008. Today, the renowned 18-hole course plays as a par-71 at a decent length of 7,523 yards.

Golfers that are able to play here should expect a pretty flat course with trees along the perimeters of most holes. One should also expect a fair share of doglegs, water hazards, and about three-dozen sand bunkers.

One thing to note, this is a course for men only so if you are planning a husband-and-wife golfing vacation, skip to the next golf course.

Wyaton Hills is a par-36 nine-hole course that was designed by Carl Gustason and opened in 1968.

Expect a semi-private course with a driving range that’s known for good value. Also, expect very short fairways as this course is only 3,071 yards.

Even in consideration of the fact that it’s just nine holes, that’s a very short course but one that has made a huge impression on its patrons.
