JT Poston claimed his third PGA Tour victory when winning the Shriners Children’s Open in October 2024. A look at JT Poston: What’s In The Bag.
Poston hadn’t been in the winners’ circle since July 2022, but ended the wait for a victory as he landed the Shriners Children’s Open title in Las Vegas.
The American carded four rounds of 67 or lower to finish on 22-under par at TPC Summerlin, recording a one shot victory over Doug Ghim in the process.
It was the third PGA Tour win of Poston’s career following his maiden success five years earlier in the 2019 Wyndham Championship.
Poston’s second win came in July 2022 when he won the John Deere Classic title by three shots from Christiaan Bezuidenhout and Emiliano Grillo at TPC Deere Run.
Poston also lost a play-off to Seamus Power in the 2021 Barbasol Championship.
