Megan Khang claimed her maiden LPGA Tour victory with success in the CPKC Women’s Open in August 2023. A look at Megan Khang: What’s In The Bag.

Khang had been frustrated in her search for a first professional victory, but landed the Canadian Women’s Open title in a play-off with Jin Young Ko.

The pair finished on nine-under par at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club before Khang sealed the victory with a par at the first extra hole.

Khang had previously had three top-three finishes as her best results on the LPGA Tour, the best being runner-up at the 2022 Dana Open.

The American emerged as a star of the future in 2012 when she qualified for the US Women’s Open aged just 14.

She played in the Junior Solheim Cup in 2015 and has been part of the USA team in the 2019 and 2021 Solheim Cups.

Prior to the win in Canada, Khang was ranked 27th in the Rolex Rankings world standings. She has signed a partnership with FM Global.
