Ping G430 Max 10K Driver Specs & Features

The Ping G430 10K model is set to take the already-impressive forgiveness of the Max model to the next level.

Ping have incorporated everything good about the Max and LST models of the G430 series into their most forgiving yet in the shape of the 10K driver.

It has the same Titanium face construction with a Carbonfly Wrap crown as the G430 LST, which helps save weight that can be repositioned elsewhere to help increase the forgiveness.

From the images released, we know that the G430 10K driver has a forged face as the wording is printed on the sole.

There appears to be one notable design change compared to the G430 Max with this 10K version having a fixed rear tungsten weight rather than the sliding adjustable weight.

It is likely that this fixed weight has helped push the the Moment of Inertia (MOI) to the highest yet in the series and well past 10K.

The G430 10K driver is available in lofts of 9 degrees, 10.5 degrees and 12 degrees according the information released on the Conforming List

Ping G430 10K Driver Review: Is it any good?

There’s no doubting how good the G430 drivers have been over the last year since launch, and now there is a new kid in town.

The 10K is the most forgiving version yet with the best of the Max and LST models combined in this extremely stable driver.

The proof, however, will be in the testing and we can wait to get our hands on the G430 10K when the wraps come off.
