Yuto Katsuragawa: What’s In The Bag

Yuto Katsuragawa What's In The Bag

Yuto Katsuragawa won for the first time in two-and-a-half years when claiming the title at the Genesis Championship in October 2026. A look at Yuto Katsuragawa: What’s In The Bag.

The Japanese star hadn’t won since April 2024, but returned to the winners’ circle at the perfect time to save his DP World Tour card for 2027.

Katsuragawa’s third round 63 set him up for victory in the 2026 Genesis Championship as he could afford a level par final round en route to a two-shot victory over Frederic Lacroix and Martin Couvra.

It was Katsuragawa’s second DP World Tour win with his other coming in the ISPS Handa Championship in 2024.

He also won an event of the same name in 2022 when it was part of the Japan Golf Tour. His only other career win came in the Ryo Ishikawa Everyone Project Challenge on the Japan Challenge Tour.
