The tournament has been part of the PGA Tour since 1948 when Byron Nelson became the first-ever winner.
It was last staged in March 2024 when moving into the spring schedule having previously been a fall event on the calendar.
Stephan Jaeger is the defending champion after winning the Houston Open in 2024.
