Wu shot a final round of six-under par in his home event to win the 2025 Volvo China Open by a shot from Jordan Smith.
The Chinese star finished on 14-par at Enhance Anting Golf Club in Shanghai for what was his second China Open victory having won the title in 2015 for what was his first DP World Tour title at the time.
Wu now has five DP World Tour wins in total including the 2015 Volvo China Open, 2016 Lyoness Open, 2018 KLM Open, 2022 Magical Kenya Open and 2025 Volvo China Open.
He is also a two-time Japan Golf Tour winner having won the 2012 Toshin Golf Tournament and 2013 Heiwa PGM Championship.
