Emiliano Grillo ended more than seven years without a win as he landed his second PGA Tour victory with success in the Charles Schwab Challenge in May 2023. A look at Emiliano Grillo: What’s In The Bag.

The Argentine’s only previous success on the PGA Tour came in 2015, but he ended the wait with a play-off win over Adam Schenk at Colonial Country Club.

The pair finished on eight-under par in the Charles Schwab Challenge before Grillo sealed the title at the second extra hole in Texas.

Grillo’s other PGA Tour win came in October 2015 when he was victorious in the Frys.com Open, also needing a play-off to lift that title.

Prior to joining the PGA Tour, he won the 2014 Visa Open de Argentina on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica. Grillo also took the title at the Web.com Tour Championship in October 2015 before stepping up to the top tour.

Prior to his latest win, Grillo was ranked 80th in the Official World Golf Rankings. Afterwards, he moved up to 42nd.
