Oosthuizen is a LIV Golf member, but made a winning return to the DP World Tour as he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship and Mauritius Open which are co-sanctioned with the Sunshine Tour.
The South African finished on 18-under in the 2023 Alfred Dunhill Championship, two shots clear of Charl Schwartzel as he claimed his 10th European Tour victory.
Seven days later, Oosthuizen had another title in the locker as he went back-to-back with victory in the Mauritius Open with a two-shot victory over Laurie Canter.
Oosthuizen’s other European Tour wins came in the 2010 Open de Andalucía de Golf, 2010 The Open Championship for his maiden major, the 2011 and 2012 Africa Open, 2012 Maybank Malaysian Open, 2013 and 2014 Volvo Golf Champions, 2016 ISPS Handa Perth International and 2018 South African Open.
Bermester has also won on the Sunshine Tour in the 2004 Vodacom Origins of Golf at Arabella, 2007 Dimension Data Pro-Am, 2007 and 2008 Telkom PGA Championship and 2007 Platinum Classic.
