A total of 156 players will be in Open Championship 2023 field with the line-up for the fourth and final major of the year locked in for Royal Liverpool.
The 151st Open Championship heads to Royal Liverpool, or Hoylake as it is also known, for the 12th time and the first since 2014 when Rory McIlroy won the title.
Defending champion Cameron Smith, who won his first major at the 2022 Open at St Andrews, will lead the field for the 2023 Open between July 20-23.
He will be joined by a host of former major winners including Jon Rahm, Scottie Scheffler, McIlroy, Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Jason Day, Matt Fitzpatrick, Brooks Koepka and Jordan Spieth.
There will be no Tiger Woods or Will Zalatoris with both ruled out through injury.
