PXG 0317 ST Blades Irons Design & Features

PXG have utilised three times forged 8620 soft carbon steel as the base of the new ST Blades to maximise strength, feel and performance.

The process helps maintain the life of the grooves of the irons and ensure these elite level performers deliver control over and over again.

Perimeter Weighting Technology is the key design element with a large centre weight in the club head creating the ideal swing weight. That weighting can be adjusted in the build, but not after purchase.

The 0317 ST Blades feature a large cavity back design in the 3-iron and 4-iron for more forgiveness from the long irons, while 5-iron to wedge has a solid body to deliver a penetrating ball flight and impressive spin levels.

PXG have used CNC milling on both the front and back of the iron for both high performance and pleasing looks from every angle.

The blades are sold in the standard chrome finish or in Xtreme Dark finish with a Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating.

The new 0317 irons are the best blades yet from PXG and perfectly compliment the GEN 0311 irons that have also been released as new for 2022.

The weighting has been improved to produce a better all round swing and the new cavity back in the longer irons really helps with forgiveness on the harder to hit shots with blades.
