Titleist GTS Fairway Woods Feature GTS2 & GTS3 (Reviewed)

Titleist GTS Fairway Woods Review

New Titleist GTS2 and GTS3 fairway woods have been unveiled for 2026, succeeding the GT range with a number of improvements and benefits.

Both models were launched in April 2026 ahead a tour validation period and join the brand’s three models in the new GTS drivers series.

The GTS2 is positioned as the more forgiving option and suited to a wider range of golfers, while the GTS3 is the more adjustable, control-focused model for maximum workability from tee, fairway or rough.

The two fairways both feature upgraded Titleist’s Seamless Thermoform Crown and Split Mass Construction to improve speed, launch and feel.

Titleist GTS2 Fairway Wood Specs & Features

The Titleist GTS2 fairway wood is the new confidence club in the line, built for high launch, low spin and strong forgiveness from both the tee and the turf.

The GTS2 is the successor to the GT2 and delivers exceptional speed and stability that added both distance and forgiveness compared the previous generation.

It features a revised ultra-light Seamless Thermoform Crown, made from a Proprietary Matrix Polymer, which has allowed the weight to be repositioned for improved all-round performance.

The fairways also feature Split Mass Construction and Speed Ring face technology, which help with maximising ball speeds while keeping the classic Titleist sound and feel.

Like the previous generation, the GTS2 is designed to be easy to launch from tight lies as well as fairways and tee boxes thanks to optimised CG achieved by the introduction of two sole weights in the toe and heel positions.

The GTS2 woods are expected to be available in 13.5 degrees, 15.0 degrees, 16.5 degrees, 18.0 degrees and 21.0 degrees with 16 different loft and lie options from the hosel.

Titleist GTS3 Fairway Woods Specs & Design

The Titleist GTS3 fairway wood is the more precise and adjustable model in the series and is built for players who want to tune flight shape and optimise performance.

In this model – the successor to the GT3, Titleist have come up with the ultimate balance of flight control and speed, with enhanced adjustability and a deeper CG to promote consistently high launch and improved stability.

In a notable shift, Titleist have removed the five-way SureFit Adjustable CG Track System from the previous version and instead replaced it with two adjustable sole weights in the heel and toe.

The loft range of the GTS3 woods is expected to be 15.0 degrees, 16.5 degrees and 18.0 degrees with up to 16 different loft and lie options from the adjustable hosel.

Titleist GTS Fairway Woods Review: Are They Any Good?

Titleist have managed to find more speed, more distance and more accuracy in the new series with the GTS2 the easier all-rounder and GTS3 the more performance-tuned option.

Titleist GTS2 & GTS3 Woods

The GTS2 is the most playable model in the new line for the widest group of golfers, suiting players who want easy height and dependable distance.

The GTS3 is a better fit for stronger players who want to control the club rather than simply rely on built-in forgiveness.
