The Titleist TruFeel golf balls have had a makeover with a new 2022 model. How does the latest generation perform?

The TruFeel has long been a popular mid-market ball, cheaper than the Pro V1 and AVX balls but still offering plenty of performance gains.

The new ball is Titleist’s softest yet with a larger and faster core providing more distance and a thinner covering producing improved feel in your short game.

Titleist TruFeel Golf Balls Design & Features

The new 2022 Titleist TruFeel balls have some design tweaks incorporated to extract more performance and distance from your game.

The core of this two-piece ball is now a larger and faster TruTouch Core to help produce added distance.

The cover has also been redesigned with the TruFeel now Titleist’s softest ball thanks to a new thinner TruFlex Cover which provides an ultra-soft feel and improved greenside control.

Titleist have opted for a Spherically-Tiled 376 Tetrahedral dimple design in the latest TruFeel model for enhanced aerodynamics and longer carry distances.

The TruFeel balls are available in white and yellow colour options. Matte red will available in the second half of 2022.

Titleist have honed the design and performance in the TruFeel to extract added distance and improve the feel in the 2022 generation.

Sold at a very affordable price, it is noticeably softer than other Titleist balls and is best suited to golfers with a slower than average swing speed.

The natural low compression offers an improved ball speed off the club face, but significantly you get plenty of short game feel too in this all-round performer.
