Xiyu Lin claimed her first full Ladies European Tour win when victorious at the Aramco Team Series Hong Kong in October 2023. A look at Xiyu Lin: What’s In The Bag.

Known affectionately as Janet Lin, the Chinese star had won two co-sanctioned Ladies European Tour events early in her career, but took her first fully fledged LET event.

With the final round of the Aramco Team Series Hong Kong cancelled at Hong Kong Golf Club, Xiyu Lin defeated Jin Young Ko in a play-off to decide the winner.

Lin won the 2015 and 2015 Sanya Ladies Open, which were co-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour, Ladies Asian Golf Tour and China LPGA Tour.

She also has China LPGA Tour wins in the Tian Jing Challenge and Srixon XXIO Ladies Open in 2012, the Sanya’s Hills Ladies Classic in 2013 and 2014 and the Macalline Women’s China Open in 2019.

Her other professional win came in the ALPG Ballarat Icons Pro Am in 2018 on the ALPG Tour.

Prior her win in Hong Kong, Lin was ranked 12th in World Rolex Rankings. Afterwards, she moved back into the world top 10 in ninth.
