The 2026 LIV Golf Virginia takes place from May 7-10 as the seventh event of the season. Watch a 2026 LIV Golf Virginia live stream of all the action.
The seventh of 14 events in the 2026 LIV Golf season, the tour returns to Washington DC for the second time after the event debuted in 2025.
The tournament takes place at Trump National Golf Club on the outskirts of the capital with Joaquin Niemann the defending champion after victory in 2025.
It will be a 72-hole competition this year with a field of 57 players – 52 of them representing 13 teams and five individual players to make up threeball groupings take part.

LIV Golf Virginia Format & Schedule
All 57 players compete for a share of the $25 million prize pool in Virginia across four rounds with no cut. That includes the five individual players.
The action each day starts at 1.05pm local time for Round 1 and 3 and 12.05pm for Round 2 and 4. There is a shotgun start and all players on the course at the same time under the lights.
There are 52 of the 57 players are drafted into 13 teams of four and with each of the teams also playing for prize money based on the combined scores.

- Day 2 – Friday, May 8
- Day 3 – Saturday, May 9
- Day 4 – Sunday, May 10
The LIV Golf Virginia tournament carries a prize fund of $25,000,000 with $20,000,000 in the individual event and $5,000,000 amongst the winning teams.
