Angel Yin landed her second LPGA Tour victory when winning the Honda LPGA Thailand in February 2025. A look at Angel Yin: What’s In The Bag.
Yin’s endured a winless 2024 following her maiden win towards the end of 2023, but she claimed her second career title with success in the Honda LPGA Thailand at the start of 2025.
The American finished on 28-under par at Siam Country Club in Pattaya, one shot clear of the fast-finishing Akie Iwai.
Yin broke her LPGA Tour duck with a play-off victory over world number one Lilia Vu in the Buick LPGA Shanghai in 2023 at Qizhong Garden Golf Club in China.
It was revenge of sorts for Yin, who lost out to Vu in a play-off in the Chevron Championship major in April 2023.
Yin has a Ladies European Tour win on her CV having won the title at the Omega Dubai Ladies Classic in 2017.
In 2024, Yin became a shareholder in clothing company Fairmonde Golf.
