Boston Common Golf Partners With FM For TGL

Boston Common Golf, one of the teams in the TGL, has teamed up with FM as the commercial property insurer becomes a principal partner.

The inaugural TGL will start on January 7, 2025, in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida, one year after the planned launch of the initiative.

Boston Common Golf will be one of six teams in the innovative golf league and they have announced a partnership with FM ahead of the start of the TGL.

Rory McIlroy, Keegan Bradley, Adam Scott and Hideki Matsuyama make up the Boston Common Golf team and they will feature FM branding on their team clothing.

The Boston Common Golf partnership adds to FM’s first major sports sponsorship the FM Championship which is a new LPGA Tour event that join the tour at TPC Boston in 2025.

TGL presented by SoFi features six teams of the world’s top PGA TOUR talent competing in a season-long, fast-paced competition that brings golf to prime time.

TGL’s home is the custom-built SoFi Center, a 250,000 square foot, tech-infused venue on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens.

Creating an electrifying and inclusive “greenside” fan experience, SoFi Center wraps 1,500 fans around TGL’s field of play, which is about the size of a football field at almost 100-yards long and 50-yards wide.

TGL’s inaugural season begins Tuesday, January 7, in prime time on ESPN and ESPN+ in the U.S. and other prominent media partners around the globe.

TGL’s six teams include Atlanta Drive GC, Boston Common Golf, Jupiter Links Golf Club, Los Angeles Golf Club, New York Golf Club, and The Bay Golf Club.
